Paint tainted

I’ve noticed as the cars getting older last few years, the paint seems to be almost “stained”. I do my fair share of track days and I guess a lot of it is probably unburnt fuel, brake & oil deposits all over it.

Simply washing it won’t get it off, I physically have to polish the paint work to remove the dark stains and then microfibre is literally grey/black afterwards. Even if I add a good layer of hard wax it doesn’t stop the tainting fully. I’ve not used my DA polisher on it in a good few years but it does need it.

I’m just wondering if anyone else has this problem on a CW EK9 where they get very faint stubborn dark stains on the paint work which are almost like a film over the top until you polish it away. I have been wondering if the clearcoat is compromised and it needs a respray.

First photo is the actual condition of the car, second photo I’ve edited to try and make these stains more clear to see so you get my point easier.
