Phil and I have been building his DC2 for the past several months, soon to be out for its first track day :nerv:

Car was completely standard so here s the work we carried out -

Power steering romoved
Aircon removed
No abs
Stripped interior
Carbon fiber bonnet
Innovite 85a mounts :wow:
Mfactory 4.9 fd
F1 flywheel
Baffled sump
KoyoRad
5Zigen mani
Spoon N1
98 spec hubs brakes with red stuff pads
Braided brake lines
Skunk2 front and rear camber arms
New oem rear trailing arm bushes

Things to come later on in the year plastic windows and cage and he s got a fully built B20 with skunk2 pro 2 cams running 12 comp..... going to be mad!!

Nice dc2 some work gone into that have a soft spot for dc2's love em!!
 
there's also
1" master cylinder
blue ngk leads
uk dials
new track rod ends inner and outer
nrg short hub
nrg quick release
nrg steering wheel
buddyclub bucket seats with super low rails
tegiwa de-cat
tegiwa shirter extender and tegiwa gearknob

Me and ross have been tinkering with this thing since day 1 as its going to be souly for track use but will be mot'd and tax aswell for some odd road use.
im running ross's(mugen) itr wheels atm and using my hankook rs2's just to get me started lol.Really need to get my own set but that will happen in time

Still a few things to get for it like
ek9 n1 pulley and belt
plastic windows
weld in cage
wing
wheels
etc,etc,etc
And once i get used to it and maybe next winter ill put in my b20 build,thanks for the comments guys
 
looks awesome mate :) really nice work :) i always wanted to use my jordan for the track but being a limited edition car i thought it was a shame to abuse such a nice example so i did the same as you and went and bought another honda to build for track use and general fun

yeah ano what you mean,i had my jordan fully striped,braced and all the handlin mods i needed to take it to track but just didnt want to lol cant wait to get it out,the 85a mounts are crazy tho shake the whole car lol hope to get alot of track days done this year maybe ill see you at some

Looking really well, and its a very clean track car! I would use it on the road aswell and I'm looking forward to seeing you's at Kirkistown :nice:

yeah ano mate,cant wait to actually get it on the road and track.Wont be ready for next week as ive a seized caliper so have new one coming next week,then itll be mot time and some track fun
 
I knew I forgot some stuff when writing the spec list down lol. Been some crack building the dc2 and were going to be doing most of it again with the big '9!!

Dc2 going to be assume when it's out, jus need to take it easy get use to how car feels, different feeling to the Jordan......

Yea had to put the ek9 lurking in the background..... Lol

yeah whole different car aint it lol cant wait till we get it out!!!! u put the 9 in there on purpose,dont worry when we finish yours ill still blow by ya haha
