Picking up 9 today and I can't sleep!!!

Hey guys,

I'm flying to Northern Ireland later this afternoon to pick up the 9 I have had reserved so kindly by pearse9000rpm.

Only just managed to get time off work to make plans to bring the car back to London. I'm picking car up on Friday and ferrying back to Birkenhead Liverpool on Saturday morning. Reason I won't get evening ferry is because it costs £300 and the morning one is £100.

I'm dead excited and cannot bloody sleep!!!

Ah I know the feeling, sleepless nights when you're that excited! :))

I'm sure the car will be spot on, have a safe trip and get some pics up when you can :nice:
 
And so it begins guys. Thanks for the comments. On way to Stansted now to fly out to Belfast. Keep you guys posted. Ill have Pearse post a pic of me picking up the 9. :)
 
Have fun :) Recently picked up my DC2, the drive back was a blast even though most people drove faster than me :D
 
I was exactly the same when i went to get my 9. Enjoy the drive home :)

I swear to God i slept for less than 2 hours the night before I went to pick up mine, totally understand your excitement! Have a safe journey!!!

safe journey mate, when i picked up my 1st 9 a few years back i drove back from Worcester, got home at 4am and got back up at 5am and done a 12 hour shift till 5pm :(( was fooked by the time i got home after work lol... was worth it though ;)
 
i felt the same 2 weeks ago, all i had were thoughts of driving it round and round in circles.

instead of counting sheep lol i counted ek9's ahaha
