Recently i put a JDM '98 Integra head on my b18c4 Block,It had just been fully refurbished,Inc Valve stem oil seals/Skimmed head,New valves etc.
Now the car had been using oil and smoking before this,And got recently worse to the point its had oil shoot out the exhaust at high revs.
So im going to rebuild the bottom end,New rings/Big ends etc.
Just wondering before I do so would there be any chance it could be the stem seals again??
Just don't want to spend all that money doing so for it to be the head ****ing about.
Any advice appreciated,Thanks!

Have you done a compression test? Pop a little oil in the plug hole just on cp test 2, just to test if it is rings cos you'd be well gutted if you done a bottom end rebuild to find out it was stem seals or something. Just a thought mate

smoking when you start it in the morning, and at high revs lads, but the head has about 800miles max and the stem seals were done, which is confusing me cause i know theyll cause smoke in vtec like.

Smoke on throttle = rings
Smoke when you lift = stem seals.
A compression test won't necessarily show knackered rings as the compression rings might be fine but your oil control rings might be shot.

Pretty much correct. I've found 7 times out of 10 its the piston rings causing smoke.
