hi.
I want to make the radiator fan to work also manualy from inside the car.
I found that most how to's reccomends a relay and a fuse wiring.

But why not make things easyer ?
What if i splice the wires from the themp sensor to a toggle switch wont that work ?

All you'd really need to do is find the Trigger wire for the relay and make a power circuit with a switch.
That'll allow it to work like normal or power on whenever you flip the switch.
The only time you need a relay is when your making your own circuit bypassing the factory relay.
You don't want the amps running through the switch. You just want the switch to trigger the circuit.

ok so can that be done directly from the obd2a ecu wiring ?
i found that the connector ''A'' pinout number 20. FANC is the radiator fan control ( green wire).
if i cut slice that wire to one end of a toggle switch and the other end of the switch to a good ground inside the car that will do the thing right ?
i admit i'm noob with electric stuff.

Yes that will work, the ecu drops a earth on that wire to trigger the fan relay in fuse box under bonnet. Just earth one side of switch and wire the other side to pin(FANC) at ecu.
