i need to change the bushing on the rear lower control arms but the ones ive seen or some of them say i need to reuse the metal hardware is it possible or... idk im lost any help

You'll be cheaper to buy aftermarket LCA's than try to replace the bushings on your factory ones.

i have the control arms already i need to swap the bushings but the ones ive seen all say i need to reuse all metal hardware but when i looked at the metal hardware on the bushings that are on there now i dont see how they can be reused...
but who does make or sell the aftermarket LCA's

whoa i feel dumb the parts im talkin about is not the lower control arm its the rear trailing arm the part that holds the brakes and all lmk if im still calling it the wrong name

Ok so you have aftermarket LCA's now. What brand are they. You can get the bushings from the same place you purchased the LCA's from. The aftermarket ones usually have an allen key to just swap them out.

aaahh. That makes sense now. Still not sure what you mean about reusing the metal parts. Bushings from honda for your trailing arms cost around 40ish. And take about a hour or so to do each side. You just need to hammer out the old one and hammer in the new one unless you have the fancy tool for the job.
