The theory is they are using the kers system as a form of traction control. Well one of the many theories as to why they/vettel is so much faster than everyone else.
Apparently Only fitted to vettels car.

outlaw KERS and Vettle is #5 driver, not #1. The tech is what is winning the races, not the driver.

i would just like to see him challanged. he starts every race in first place in the best car. Would love to see him have to fight through the field, thats were you see a good driver.

the entire field should slow way down to force this to happen.

x 2 I'm not a Vettel fan....

The KERS system a lot of the teams use is actually a metal flywheel size of a small melon that is housed in a box about the size of a car battery. It spins upto about 60,000 rpm.
I was talking to X Track at Goodwood and they had one on display.
Dunx

Seb is a really good driver regardless of what anyone thinks. But it doesn't mean to say he is a great driver...

It's the combination of having the best designer (Newey), a really good team backing and then Seb does his part. However there is something that is making the Red Bull so much quicker then the rest of the pack but no one knows other then RB themselves. A lot of F1 is about stretching the rules where ever there's a grey area making the car as 'technically legal' as possible.

mark webbers autobiography is going to be a good read when there is one lol

Great posting ^^^, Seb was not in the best car when he won his first title. Man can drive.
