s80 problem

Hi guys.. i need your help..
My ek9 is equiped with a b18c spec R engine and an s80 gearbox..

My 3rd gear is crunching every single time i shift (think over 5000rpm) on normal drive its fine btw.. All other gears are excellent..
I am going to rebuild this and i need you to tell me what parts do i need to order and from where..

A mechanic told me if you are about to rebuild your gearbox is a good time to also change the seals and bearings.. is this true ? Can you help me find this parts ?

mechanic is right,use oem parts from a honda dealer,you might need to replace the sleeves from other gear sets 1-2 or 5-6 if needed so dont expect to be cheap.
