Alright lads,

As you no i just purchased an EK9 so im looking to give it a quick service of oil. filter and plugs.

What kind of oil do i need for the motor? Is there anywhere on the internet that is reasonable i could order these from?

You can't go wrong with a 5w30 weight synthetic oil. Something like Amsoil or Mobil 1. Same with the filter, OEM, OEM s2000, or mobil 1 (part # m104) filter should work fine.
More important than playing around with different brands of synthetic oils and filters is making sure you change it regularly.

Get the oil filter from honda £8 ,put castrol magntec 10-40 semi synthetic around £20-25 for 4 litres,and finally denso irridium ik 22 spark plugs will be good around £45 for the set of 4,oh and if your air filter is dirty get a itg foam drop in panel filter around £40 and it'll breath a bit better as well with that in then my be change the fuel fiter £21 from honda also if you thrash the car make sure to change the oil every 3000 miles mate
