is it wourth buying a skinnyer head gasket to bump up the comp on standered type r r engine...the cams haveint been put in yeat
 
I'm struggling with stage 1 with 11.1 of compresion, in my opinion you NEED to raise your compression to at least 12.1+ to gain some benefits from that cams.

Your going to have bad dynamic compression with those cams on stock pistons, you need to raise your engine's static compression by means of installing some high comp pistons.
