98 civic 1.6 sohc vtec is the body code
Has abs and 4×100

The sizes on both are different by a mm or 2 ?

I can only suggest taking yours off and measuring that? Although it's only the width that's off for 1mm? Both diameters are the same.

They are the same inner and outside,
So I just went with the cheapest of the two .
