Guys, I bought a used set of spoon cams for the b16b.
im about to put this on the car, but i need to know whats the recomended setup for this from spoon?
How many degrees should be the intake and exhaust cams set on from a base setting?
Any one has this info?

Thanks in advance.

Oh this will go in with a ser of Buddy Club adjustable cam sprockets.

Every car will need a different amount of +- settings on the gears, there is no standard or base, gotta tune it on a dyno to find out.

Yeah i know, but should i set them at 0 at first or does not Spoon recomend a base setting of the cams?,

Degreeing the cams is something different than adjusting the cam gears.

Degreeing requires the use of special fixtures to determine the exact position of TDC.

Adjusting cam gears is controlling the powerband via overlap - this in effect shifts the powerband up or down. This process is different than degreeing because the maximum potential power gain cannot be realized unless degreeing is performed FIRST then cam gear adjustment.
