Well I decided to install this mirrors, since I have a carbon fiber hood and lip.

I bought a set on ebay, I paid 90 $ for the set..

For the price, the quality is not that bad, the only thing that made me mad is that the set didn't include any screws, I was very lucky to find 6 screws that perfectly fitted the mirrors.

Ok, lets see the oem power folding mirrors:

They are beautiful, but hmmm, lets hope the new ones look better!

Ok, let start the installation process...

Ok, lets remove the door panel so we can have more space to work with:

Lets remove the lock switch cover, there is only one screw:

Pretty easy process...

Lets remove the "coin holder plastic" hehe

Only one screw!

Now lets remove the last screw, this one is made of plastic, the screw and the screw holder.

After this, we carefully start pulling out the door panel, it should come out easily, since I don't have a radio in my car I decided to remove the speaker also hehe!

Ok, now lets remove the plastic protector of the power folding mirrors connector, you'll be able to see 3 nuts, you will have to remove them using a 9 key.

Remove the nuts!

See the white plastic things ? you'll have to pull down each side, so the plastic can pass easily through the circular hole, it requires a little patience, but once this is done, pull out the power folding mirror

Scaryyyyyyy hehe

Ok, now lets install the carbon fiber mirrors!

This is the type of screws you'll need:

You'll need 6 of them.

Just as a safety measure, I added tape to the power folding mirrors connectors, just to be sure...

Allign the carbon fiber mirror holes to the power folding mirror holder and put the screws !

attachment.php

This step is very important, you have to put inside the connector hole the connector of the power folding mirror, so you can put back the cover without any issues:

This is how it look with the carbon fiber mirror and cover installed:

Ok, next put everything back on, you'll need a lot of patience

This is the final result!

I have never been much of a fan of the CF trend, but after seeing the mirrors installed, all I can say is they look F'ing SWEEET!! especially against the white paint.

UPS just delivered a pair that I ordered in black and I have to admit, the quality is very good especially for the price!

More pics! :please:

Nicely done! It's a simple process, had to do the same on my accord a few weeks ago. Gotta love Hondas

Have you connected the electrical function to the Spoon mirrors. I have these mirrors lying in my garage but not sure how to wire and make them work electrically :(
