I found an rs-r exmag axleback for 250 and was wondering if the rsr exmag is a good buy? Thank you

I love my RS*R. It's fairly quiet and has a deeper, more refined sound to it. I can't comment as far as compared to stock though, I purchased my 9 with the exhaust already on it.

It's quite a rare exhaust as it was discontinued a years ago. They usually sell for quite a bit in the U.S., if you can find them. That's a great price but if you're thinking of buying that particular one know that it isn't for an EK/EK9, the tip section is much too long. If you need measurements for what it should be or to see if that one will work with minimal modifications just let me know. Here's a pic of mine for reference.

Well the guy that was selling the RS-R measured the muffler canister only and it was 12in exact and i measured my oem muffler and it was 13 1/2in. So i guess it should fit my ek hatch with no problem except cutting the tip shorter and rewelding it back on. How long is the tip of your RS-R? Thanks

Axle to canister is 16", canister is 12" and canister to the end of the tip is approximately 7".

The best sounding exhaust for the B-series... Unfortunately, discontinued.

You Sir have found a unicorn! :nice:

You have any pic of rsr on your car from behind? Thanks
Here you go...
I haven't any good pics of the rear lately (I REALLY need to do a photo shoot in the Spring) but here are a couple from right before I purchased it:

And a couple from prior to that:

Your car looks awesome Buddy! :nice:

The wheels, ride height and exhaust are all perfect.

The rear spoiler pointing at the sky though, is that a thing?! Seems out of place...

Thanks, props would have to go to the old owner though... these were taken prior to my ownership. I purchased it without a lot of the parts, including the suspension and wheels.

Yes, the "Alex" rise brackets for the rear wing are quite popular. I've never been a fan of them though and purchased the car without them. The first two pictures show how it was when I received it, near 4wd ride height and all.
