Tilt bracket

Probably a stupid question I'm terrible at diy but got a tilt bracket today, i got 305 x 155 mm plates last week too and want to put them on, anyone know how? I know the part with the two holes in the is for the bumper but will i have to go drilling at my bumper?

no, there should be premade holes in the bumper for you to attach the tilt bracket to and number plate to that!

The pre made holes are too big for the screws for the tilt bracket to go in, there is a smaller one where my old reg plates were screwed in but the screws are tiny don't think they would hold the tilt bracket, tried to put the screws into the smaller hole but thats too small should I screw the screws into the smaller hole to make it bigger?

And the number plates are new so I think ill have to drill my own holes in it?
