Thinking of doing a few track days in the summer, just wonderd what sort of ride height people use on track as i know slammed and hard as f*ck doesnt mean it will handle well...at all lol. any input will be apresiated :nice:

Btw im running Gaz coilovers on 195/50/15 BC P1's ill probs have yoko s drives on them by then (abit more info lol)

All the advice I can give you is turn up on the day and just play around with it until it feels right for you. Each circuit is different.

Just leave the height as it is - whatever your using on the road? Turn up and drive, see how it feels & enjoy the day. How many clicks of damping adjustment do they have, and what do you have it set at for the road?

Personally I always recomend to add a little each time, either a touch more drop or a touch more camber each time you do another day, so you find what works and what doesnt, this way you learn with your experience, rather than say dialling in -3 neg camber and think you are a driving god straight away. You dont mention a camber kit so this is just an example.

na i havent got a camber kit as of yet but will be running on before a do any track days tbh.
i belive its 30clicks soft/hard of the top of my head. i havent been running them long though so havent found a good setup for road. i have them on 15 on the front and 17 on the rear and its WAAAYYY to hard. i drove over a crushed can and it made me realy bounce in my seat lol will probs set it at f10/r12 for on road. will try 15/17 on track see how it gets on. does anyone know the standard ride height of a ek3/4?? that way i can work out how much lower it is to standard
