SSB EK4 kanjo inspired

BTW, if you you're spending some legit cash, get a PLM/Bishimoto exhaust header, the dyno gains :bow:
Found a dyno on them that said 32hp on stock engine, Can that really be right!?

@Ajza-k will look into them as well, but don't want anything too pricey for just a few extra hp, so will probably go with Toda manifold even though they're not cheap either:lol:

Few updates now that I have hands on the ssb with a high comp B18c thanks to Mussy @B18C'R EK :))

Unfortunately didn't get any pics of it on the recovery guys truck, was busy jacking it up and putting some steelies on as temp wheels haha

Needed a well deserved clean so got to it today, a few pics to follow;

And here's the BIG spec'd JDM B18c which I shall tell you more about;

This is a rough spec given to me by Mussy (@B18C'R EK ) who had the work done so I'm not taking credit for it but here it is,

- HIGH COMP WISECO PISTONS
- EAGLE RODS
- SUPERTECH VALVE TRAIN
- TODA SPEC C CAMS
- TODA CAM GEARS
- 0.5 OVERBORE
- NEW HEAD GASKET AND CAMBELT AT SAME TIME
- AFTERMARKET HT LEADS
- SKUNK2 INTAKE
& 70MM TB
- SYN R G LIGHTENED AND BALANCED FLYWHEEL
- RPS PADDLE CLUTCH
- S80 LSD BOX
- 12.5.1 COMPRESSION RATIO

MANAGEMENT

- APEXI FC WITH COMMANDER

This setup with the mods on his car made 212whp on the rollers before skunk2 intake and throttle body plus manifold was slightly restrictive so capable of more!

When the weather clears and I have time I'll be cleaning out the interior and getting it ready for the engine on Thursday (fingers crossed), it is a very nice shell absolutely solid and mint, with the Monster B18c it'll just compliment the whole thing. And If anyone read this far well done :lol:

Don't think that it's whp, with the mods it sounds more like hp. Ofcourse the figure can vary depending on dyno.

It was only a rough spec list, there's more to it than that of course mate and figures do vary but it's definitly making around 212 to the wheels so far

Whp, its a monster mate an has had alot of money spent on the engine

Just a little update, got a week off so gathering bits together ready to drop the b18 in. So far I have:

- Full length DC2 rad
- Fujitsubo Manifold
- All necessary mounts (mostly)

Have sold the intake and throttle body will replace with a standard one just to get it running, also need an obd2b loom which is proving difficult to find for a reasonable price... anyway next update will be when I'm putting the engine in and doing more cleaning :run:

I love the way no one replied after the vid there all sickened with there gay k series :blabla::wtf2:

Ya i went there :eek::lol:

Gonna be watchin this man best of luck :)
Cheers man :lol:
I'll admit k series is way more tuneable and all but I just love the B series and this ones a monster.

Jus dont like anythin about the k series tbh haha

Mind you an ef9 with a supercharged k20 be fairly cool but u get me haha

I get you man, comes down to personal preference but I prefer b series if you build it right.
Hoping to get this on ITB's so will be very raw ;)

Bad picture but just to show the thing is pretty much complete again minus loom and Intake but ran out of funds till pay day :(

Think I'll give the block and box a clean before it goes in, won't bother painting it as it's not too bad really, also thanks to @Pete180 for having a upper left bracket spare, not far off moving under its own power now!
