Turbo kit info

Same as Jesse I've paid import tax on all of it. It depends on the declared value but expect to pay at least 20 percent of the sale total including shipping.

Lol eBay number is 350871014528 cheek it out say what u think if I should or shouldn't buy

Standard eBay kit mate. To be honest I've known people use them with relatively good results however they don't last long. If you replaced the manifold, turbo, wastegate you would probably be alright. I always think buy cheap but twice.

Well if I'm honest I'm better off buying the kit in separate parts then, saving myself import tax etc as the turbo I could try a td04/5 and pay alittle extra n get a decent top mount manifold etc hmmm decisions

I honestly can't remember, was a while ago.
The housing was under £200 so I'm assuming this is why I didn't pay anything

Buy cheap, buy twice.
What's your budget? Maybe we can help if we know what your looking to spend in total

I've bought the car for £350, I've just bought a full b18c4 engine gearbox, loom obd2 loom driveshafts all as one kit comes Friday, so I've wanting a turbo kit fot around £600-700 all in for intercooler, turbo, manifold, oil lines wastegate dump valve, basically I just want to get started then over the next yr or so change parts to make big power ad I'm building the car to uses in the JDM class at York raceway, so a decent kit that won't cost a mortgage to buy as a base

So this is it wat I've got and it's a good base car body work is nice no dents etc but it's getting sprayed in stealth grey

If I was you mate with that's budget I would probably spend the money on boosting the d series rather than going for b swap.

Already bought the b series pal comes on Friday, like I said it's just a base for me to work Kim used to having big engines so a 1.4 won't cut it, but if I can get a decent kit for the b series as a base then I've got something to work with

I'd go 2nd hand for £700, imo a kit worth having costs more than that in materials to build, let alone labour.
Be cool to see what you manage on a shoe string though, who you got in mind to tune it?

If going second hand route, just make sure you get a decent turbo, manifold and waste gate. If you are handy with the welder etc then make up your own downpipe/screamer from mild steel.
What power are you aiming for? Also what time at the 1/4?

Not sure should go go with to tune it yet. I. Sure someone on here will point me in the right direction, with regards to a turbo I've been thinking of a holset hx35
