Hi all just need some advice..

Wat's the difference with b16b cams til b18c?
How can u tell the difference by lookn at them?

i always understood the ek9 pnes were the most aggressive of the lot.

maybe wrong though.

after some type R cams myself. ATM the are like hens teeth!

Yeah I have been told that the ctr cams there about 1 or 2 bhp differnt form the itr...
But how do u now if there ctr/ itr wen there out?
Any ideas?

EK9 intake cam has 3 degree's more duration. Exhaust cam is the same as ITR one. The b16b intake cam has two rings engraved on distributor end that's how you'll tell them apart.

ITR intake cam only has 1 engraved ring
