Anyone know who offers this service in the UK? Or anyone who sells pre done ones?
 
any half decent fabricator should be able to tig/mig them on if you tell them where you want them and provide the bits.
 
Where are you located? A company in stamford-le-hope, essex did mine, they specialised in making custom intercoolers, they blocked off my standard breather pipe and drilled and welded the an ports on, I will try and find there details
