hi. been lurking on this forum for a while now and its about time i started a build up. its taking me forever, due to recently having a baby and working daft hours. i barely get much chance to work on it. but here it is anyway
this is how it sat for a while a couple of months after i first bought it.
then got mugen lip and OEM fogs
then when the mrs fell pregnant i took it off the road sold me coupe
and bought a 5 door ep for a family car.
never thought anything of the ej9 for a long time and was going to sell it until my mate offered me his B16a for next to nothing as he was breaking his crx to fund his ek9 habit.
the engine is a 2nd gen b16a from an EG sir.
so i got on with painting the block
then removed the d14 and started prepping and painting the bay
new LCA's
heatwrapped a B18c4 mani
servo painted to match the rocker
Evo 4 recaros
also got plenty of other bits too but haven't got pics.
blox cam seal, drilled and grooved 262's, alloy radiator, dc2 linkage (poly bushed) with ek9 shifter. poly torque mount inserts. P30 Ecu with conversion harness. gates timing belt kit with new waterpump. simota long arm intake. and i'm sure i've got a few more bits too but i can't think of the top of my head.
also got this to sort out but i've ordered two new rear quarters and hopefully they'll be welded in by the end of the month.
anyway thats how it stands at the minute.
