VSM Ek9 update page 6

Thanks for all the comments lads!

@Kipper
The mirrors need a lick of paint anyway so might take ur advice when I'm getting them painted,

@davis94
I buy my spoon stuff from RHDJapan, only thing I ever got of spoon europe was the jacket they were selling over the summer!

Happy Spoonmas everybody!

So the jolly fat man brought this last week,

A spoon baffled sump, came with a spoon oil filter and an Oem sump gasket so it's not actually too expensive as the gasket from Honda is around €30 I think

I also took advantage of the sale on RhdJapan an ordered
Spoon street axleback
Spoon magnetic sump an box plug
Spoon rad stay
Spoon gearknob
And a Toda timimg belt

Should also Hav a set of spoon radiator pipes here on Saturday too!

Class build man....I'm gathering up some spoon bits for my own project at the min

Like Spoon parts much?:)) Some nice parts there albeit bar the Spoon street axelback, that exhaust is rather restrictive, I used to have one on my EK9 years ago.

Restrictive? I thought the whole point of the street was to b quiet but just as good as an N1? Talking to one of the mods on Honda Haven who has one an he said it made the same power with the street as a starlight pipe??

Well certainly more restrictive than other axelback exhausts. I noticed a improvement when I switched from the Street style to a Kakimoto axelback. As your coming from a N1 be interesting to see what kind of results you get!

The order from RHDJapan arrived yesterday, didn't get stung for customs which is always a bonus :hi:

Spoon street to keep the noise levels down

The finish on the back box is unreal, it's like a mirror

Also got a set of spoon magnetic plugs for engine and box, a spoon rad stay and a spoon shift knob, should b the last of the spoon parts bought for awhile :lol!: also got a Toda timing belt for the rebuild

I also picked up a set of like new Oem ek9 headlights to replace my yellow shity cracked ones, delighted with the lights as there mint!

Only 1 or 2 parts left to get before she's takin off the road for the rebuild, il keep ye updated as I go,
