alittle advice ppl the turbo I've got for my conversion has a external wastegate BUT on the cold side there is no vacuum nipple for me to connect a pipe to the external wastegate I've go fitted so my question is this where can I take a pipe from to connect to the external wastegate? ???

OR do you think it's a good idea to drill into the cold side n fit a nipple?

Turbo I have is a Borg Warner s200

what you can do is (as an alternative) have a bung welded in your cold side / charge pipe then attach a nipple. take note, it needs to be a bung, don't use pipe tap, it will pop off as you build boost. the closer to the turbo the better. something like this link

but the nipple in the turbo is much better. just need a experienced installer doing it.

The above is the best way to do imo.
You can get these little hose take offs from viper performance though.

They sit in your boost pipe (silicon 90 in my case) and I'm taking my pressure reference for my boost controller/wastegate from that. They aren't cheap though so I'd just tap the compressor housing if your turbo isn't already installed. Mine was installed and I'm far too lazy to pull it back off again.
