Hi,
I have recently switched over to a 22" monitor and using 1920 x 1080 screen resolution. Is there a way to view ek9.org fully in my browser? Other forums seem to resize it automatically.

I have attached a screenshot of what it looks like:

Thanks
Andy

Mines the same with 2048 x 1152

You can make websites bigger with the zoom function, it's not the best idea in the world though as some things become blurry.

i have 1680x1050 and its the same, whats the problem? if it takes up the whole page u will have to scroll more.

Theres nothing wrong with it, you just see more white space.
I got a 24" here

No there'd be less scrolling if we have more on each line surely?

Also 2048x1152 here.

The problem is that I use a table with a fixed width of 920px.

Why?

Because:

- 25% of the users uses 1024 x 768 screen resolution.
- 23% of users uses a 1280 x 800 screen resolution.
- 18% of the users uses a 1280 x 1024 screen resolution.

I use 1920 x 1080 resolution, and you and I are part of the 2.5% of the users that visit ek9.org at 1920 x 1080 resoltuion :D

If I change the forum to resize automatically, 50 % of the users will look the site in a shitty way :( ......

Thats why the forum has that resolution. Until 22" + monitors become more and more common I'll have to make the logo and table size bigger, but keep in mind that most of the users don't buy DVI capable video cards that support screen resolutions highter than 1440 x 900

Thank you for your suggestion :)

:D

Thanks for all that, good to know that there are a lot more users on here using a high resolution :)
There is nothing wrong with how it looks now but was just wondering since other forums have been set to do the same.

oh sorry i was typing from iphone, imeant if you zoom in you will have to scroll more, but yes you are correct, if the image was actually wider there wo uld be less scrolling.

I use 1920 x 1080 resolutions for my screen. It might be a good thing that sometimes you could view some website more white space in the sides. But it might be just fine just some it and it might be okay then.
