Hi guys since ill be mapping and dynoing the car in next 6weeks was Just wondering what should a ukdm dc2 make on the dyno?

Mods
Just a decat and mapped neptune

110,000miles

Also are they much slower than a jdm dc2? Thanks

well there 190bhp so somewere around 180ish should be ok,and there is a noticeable difference in them altho if u get a jdm exhaust etc itll make a good difference

never raced neck and neck with each other, but my m8s jdm dc2 , my old spoon stroker ek9, and m8s ep3 with full system all done 14.3 sec quarter mile times.

.....yet if im foot down in the uk teg the ep3 can catch up with me no problem

Results will differ between one dyno to the next as will between one engine to another so very hard to put any exact figure on it

Just as a gauge, my old UK DC2 made 203bhp and 133 torque at the flywheel.

It was definitally a healthy car, extremely well serviced

Mods:
-Tanabe super medallion cat-back
-skunk-2 test pipe
-Modified standard airbox with spoon filter (lid on)
-some form of ecu chip upgrade before I bought the car, must have been a piggyback of some sort.

The car managed a 14 second dead quater mile at bishops court drag strip and at straightliners drag racing in Eniskillen. the car would easily beat an EP3 to 100mph but when the K20 torque and 6-speed box kicks in at 100mph they tend to pull back on the DC2

My old EK9 mapped by henry Roy to 204bhp was a great match for the dc2 as a friend owned it while I had the EK9. The EK9 had the slightest edge being lighter and it was a bit quicker again when I installed the close ratio gearset
