What tracks have you been on and which is your favourite.

So thought I'd put a post up too see what tracks people have had a day at or a few sessions and see what ones people like the most!

Tracks i have done:
Pembrey x 3
Llandow x 2
Castle combe x 2 sessions
Donnington half day and 1 session
Rockingham x 1 session
Mallory park x 2 and 1 endurance day
Circuit De clastres x 1
Nurburgring x 4 laps

My favourite in the Uk out of what I have done so far has to be donnington, iv had some good laughs at that track. But I also really enjoy mallory.
Out of them all, Circuit de clastres has to be the best track I have driven though.
Maybe down to the track day rules in France being alot more relaxed but the best track day I have done so far

Silverstone
cadwell park
The best is Cadwell park as it the only one I've done a full day on and going again this Thursday :)

Castle Combe for 20mins
Brands x6-7
Bedford x1

I love brands Indy, I find it a challenging track considering its size with a lot of hills and off camber to catch you out.
Obviously the ring is ultimate challenge!

Just came back from Oulton park Racing . My best by far lots of off camber fast and shell corner and Druids loved it . Came 3rd overall
 
Iv heard good things about brands, cadwell and Oulton park, I'm going to have to go next year when the car is back on the road.
Anybody been to Angelsey? That's another one I'd also like to do a day at.
 
I have done a couple, need to get some more booked next year! at different tracks. Really want to do Oulton and Donnington.

Nothing comes close to the ring! Even though you dare go full #maximumattack its still an amazing track!

The Nurburgring GP track was also a great track to do.

Simon, let me know of any track days your thinking of going too, once the dc2 is k20 next year ill pop along with you! :nice:
 
I guess its kind of a balance, track & car.

My fav was Yas Marina School (F1) Circuit, but only cause i was in an F3000 and my mate works there so we could hammer them. However do that in a normal car, its probably not that much fun, the best bit was being in the dark under light, its really easy on the eyes, perfect to drive in.

The Nurburgring GP track is so good, a real fast flowing track.
 
Nurburgring 6 times and hopefully 9 by end of next year (guess which is my fav)

Done Castle combe and half a day at Snetterton.

I live for the Ring there is no better and it never gets boring.

I get bored of short circuit by session 2-3...
 
not much difference in tracks here

Zolder (+100 laps)
Nurburgring (15 laps)

was planning on Spa, but due to my work schedule, I couldn't go.

I think Zolder is perfect for the Civic's. Short straights and pretty technical. Expecially in the wet there isn't much out there that can follow a well tuned Civic or Integra.
 
500ish laps of Knockhill (best of 60s)
97 laps of the Nurburgring (best of 7.55 BTG)

Nurburgring is by far the favourite (of course), after 2 trips there it kinda spiralled............

-B16B was too slow to get round the ring in under 8 minutes
-high comp B18C didn't last long enough to get to the ring + with a 130mph top speed box it would be hard going
-lost the plot with the car after the K20

took some time out, tormented that i had to break 60s at knockhill and sub 8 at the ring

bought a M3, rebuilt it, broke 8 minutes, mission accomplished :woot:

for anyone who likes the Nurburgring, I urge you to do a trackday there with full use of the main straight - there is no bigger rush than taking the 1st corner under the bridge flat (160mph in the M3), so good

knockhill i WILL break 60s next year
Nurburgring i'm hoping to do 7:50

going to do SPA next year also, should be amazing
