If i had to narow it right down, lightweight wheels enkei etc with good tyres yokohama ad08 etc and some good seats that hold you better Recaros etc

Could go on forever everything is important lol especially keeping up the maintinance, keeping the rust away and the engine running sweet :D

k24 conversion
Spoon brakes.
Spoon coilovers.
Mugen mf10 Alloys.
skunk 2 mega power exhaust.

It sounds like your working to quite a budget with your spreadsheet, I honestly think you should (In order):

Sort the bodywork out + Lips, grill, jdm rear recess etc... all done at once.

Save about £400-500 for some decent coilovers.

Save another £400-500 for some decent wheels.

Buy a good used Japanese branded catback and used Ebay style s/s manifold for about £350-400

Save another £300-400 for a good steering wheel and bucket seat for the driver.

If you do things right, be patient and look for things at good prices used or new along with quality parts they will always be worth something when/if you want to sell them, rather than paying say £300 for a new crappy branded exhaust which is going to be worth barely anything when you come to sell it, but buy a good branded used one at £300 and it will be worth about the same when you come to sell.

2.5" exhaust manifold + decat (5zigen,toda etc)
5zigen border 304 catback
Sticky tyres (toyo r888, yoko ad08)

And most importantly... Lots of Vpower!
