Wheel fitment?

Hi everyone I know this is my first post but would enkei rpf1 15x8 with a 28 offset be and easy fit for my 95 eg hatch without rolling my arches etc?

I would've thought with 15x8 wheels and that offset, you'd probably need to roll the arches if you're going for the slammed look, or raise the car a bit to clear. Most likely rub, but also depends what profile tyres you go for

I'm not going for the slammed look more of a weekend track car and what tyres you reckon would fit and I'm open to recommendations
