My gearbox has started with a high pitch whining noise when in 3rd gear. Just changed to a close ratio 3rd &4th and at the same time I changed all the bearings. The whining only started 1 week ago and is at it´s worse in 3rd gear and a little in 4th gear. All the other gears are just fine, no problem there.
The gears have been changed by a proffesional so it has been put together the right way.
Any ideas what it can be?
