z6 mani to d14 auto problem

Just finished swap d16z6 mani onto d14a4 with automatic transmission and spotted 2 issues.
1st is sound from induction tube(maybe throttle) - dont know why it sounds like whistling.

2nd is my gears now mess up, as the are living their own life. For example 2nd gear starts around on 4k - before around 2,5.

Help me please, guys!

ps. air temp sensor connected, but not fixed to the induction tube yet. just popping in engine bay.

check for air leaks, or could just be the noise from the filter, my mates used to do that
