zizzing sound after gear change at high rpm

My ek9 makes a sort of zizzing sound for a second after changing gear at race speeds, its really hard to explain, and its really hard to get 3rd sometimes too, its not grinding or anything, its just like hitting a wall. Don't know if this would be related.

When moving off at lights etc the car kind of judders when letting out the clutch at low rpm too.

my gearbox feels like yours i dont think its anything serius i think the bushes just may be worn on the linkage,

as for the "zizzing lol" have you checked your belt tensions? cambelt alternator belt, p/s bealt and ac belt? found mine made a noise when they were a little tight.
