I'm doing something very similar at the moment but I'm using a stock liner'd B18C4 with just pistons and rods.
Going together with a GT3071, which should be good for 450 to 500hp.

the 9-1 and 10-1 cr does it include the 8.8-10.2 and the 9.0-10.4 if so which one would you recommendIf it was my money....

I don't understand what your question is...morning guys sorry too bring up the past lol but I am currently building a b18c4 block I an wanting bore it 83m with sleeves obviously would I need 83mm pistons to fit in the bore also I will be using 9;0;1
