Are they better than TEIN?
Are they better than TEIN?
I have non DFV ohlins 2 way on my ek.
20kg front eibachs
16kg rear eibachs
Cusco upper rose joint top mounts on all 4
Very simple, nothing comes close to how flat these keep the car, and how much feedback you get from them.
1 bad thing I found with them is in a boosted civic with no power steering, if ur not driving properly they will find the ditch before you do.
They are extremely camber sensitive which is very good for racing.
Note* this could also be because I'm running such heavy spring ratings.
Only other brand I would compare to ohlins is nitron.
Hope this helps.
Stock Valving?
I think it all depends to what you want to get ... as long as it meets your needs.Are they better than TEIN?
You asking how low Ohlins go? From what I know they can go pretty low (as with most coilovers) but when I think of Ohlins I think gold standard in performance with road comfort in mind. The right balance.reviving an old thread to ask a new question;
how low do these go>? not that I want to slam my ek9 but I do ride a little lower than most.
