I bought a b16a turbo for my Jordan quite a while ago and I'm finally going to get round to start fitting it. Looking for advice and help
The parts that I need are clutch, injectors, ecu, fuel pump, exhaust and engine mounts.

As for the clutch I've been looking at RBC stage 3. Any good words with this clutch?

Injectors I've been looking at 750cc but not sure which brand to go for. Rc? Grams?

Walbro 255 fuel pump will be good enough to use?

Engine mounts.. Unsure of how to go about the ratings. Any recommended for road use? Not wanting the whole car to shake while on tick over.

The engine was last running with 270whp in a crx sir and I'm looking to take it upto around 300 due to the extra weight and not wanting to go too far with it as I still want to use it on the road.

Cheers :)

I have had a stage 5 rpc, still got it but using a clutchmasters stage 4 now, much lighter pedal. Not bad clutches tbh.

Injector Dynamics, Grams, Deutchwerks, Injector Nation and many others are all re worked Bosch injectors so effectively the same thing with different nozzles etc so don't get too hung up on brands. As it goes I have ID 725 injectors with adaptors for sale.

Running a walbro 255 and have no problems at 400+ whp, Hardrace engine and torque mounts, very good upgrade no to harsh and little vibration.

I would avoid RC injectors...very bad reviews about them. I would go for Injector Dynamics and as Rob said he has a set for sale at a bargain price. Mounts I would go for Hasport billet mounts at least 75a rubber rating for 300bhp should suffice but with all uprated mounts expect some shaking. Can't comment on the clutch and fuel pump but reading Rob's experience with his boosted ek9 I would safely take his advice ;)

Stock b16a? Over 300 ATW is knocking on 350hp...
I've an rbc stage 3 Iirc(I forget) no issue with it, it works....
Fuel pump you can't really go wrong with a walbro 255, I've got one in mine.
Injector dynamics 725cc injectors
As rob said the ID are just flow matched bosche injectors, although I've seen a graph of like 8 random bosche fuel injectors and the flow rates where dramatically different before tapering off to the 1000cc rating.
For this reason id buy from ID as they will come matched(or as good as)
Personally don't rate rc injectors and haven't had experience with anything else.
Ecu isn't going to matter too much, depends which functions etc you want really.

Not a stock b16a. My old b16a.
A walbro pump will work perfectly. If you want get a ITR FPR. No need for a fancy anodized one unless you want to have bling.
Injectors are a personal preference. I had seimens ones.
The RC injectors used to get a good right up in the CRX circles a few years back? Things change and move on.

You will need a 3"lum on it aswell. Wether you buy of the shelf or have one custom made.

I used innovate engine mounts in the crx and they held up fine. As for the rating i honestly cant remember. They held the motor just fine and didnt rattle everything to bits.

I had a stage 4 or 5 paddle in the crx with this engine. Was abit over kill as it only had 200 lbsft. And it was a nightmare manouvering the car. Juddered like a b#stard. Used a Helix before that and it was great.
