Bought this a few months ago,was originally on the hunt for a facelift ek9 but there was nothing out there that caught my eye!
dont plan on keeping it but it will certainly do until i find something else!
Heres the spec and a few pics!
Jap eg6 SIR in captiva blue
completly rust free
bronze advance racing wheels with 4 toyo r888s
tein lowering springs
polyurethane engine mounts
aluminium double core half length radiator
induction kit
b18 type R inlet manifold,cams springs retainers
Full head rebuild done by icetronix all seals replaced,OEM headgasket,timing belt and water pump
ARP headstuds
70mm skunk 2 megapower catback
exedy stage 2 clutch
Ultra Blue leads
jap plates
mugen front lip
yellow fogs
50/50 rear lights
spoon spoiler
car has 4.4 final drive with mb6 lsd gearbox to suit a turbo build as thats what the previous owner had planned!

Stunning EG, looks soo clean. Not many about in that colour.
 
Very nice motor, not many clean examples like this about. I bet it's quite long geared with that MB6 box in it?

theres 165kms on it, yeah thats why it was put in,the last owner was going to turbo it so he put in the mb6 with an lsd so he wouldnt constantly be shifting!
a nice short geared box and it would be twice the car!:nice:
or slap on a turbo and it would be triple the car!!:nice:
 
never really like captiva blue before but after seeing how clean this is i really want one now :nice:
 
I used to have one in that colour.. looks Great man, very nicely modded :win:

Yeah its been up for a week or so,nothing but texts and timewasters! I want an ek9 or a dc2 now,I change my mind like the weather!

This is stunning wee car... Black DC2 recaro seats wouldnt go a miss in it in my opinion! :nice:
 
well lads i thought id just post here instead of starting a new thread, bought this car of john on here spec is above all that is changed is new wheels (unknown make only temporary) had to change the lip as i hit a f&%king badger and took off all stickers.
next job is some recaros and will have to respray boot as someone tried taking off sticker before me and made a balls of it so just put another one over..... im not blaming you john!!
