Depending on your climate you can use any of these oil class.
If you have the budget go full synthetic or semi synthetic is ok also.
In my case I prefer Motul 10W 40 semi synthetic, remember like the spoon owner said, OIL it's not whisky, hehehe use the one honda recommends, choose one that "fits" your climate.
Remember is not how expensive the oil is, is how often you change it. In my case, I change it every 2500 - 3500 KM.
I do not recommend mobil 1 10W 30 fully synthetic (depending of your climate), my ek9 consumed 1.5 liters of this oil running 1000 km, so this means, this oil is not made for the B16B, since my car only had 60,000 km, and the motor had 225 PSI per cylinder.
Also I ran at the track with 35C + temperature, the track is near the sea, so it was very hot, and as the honda ek9 manual said 10W 30 is good for temperatures between -20 C to 35 C.
