Unless the parts are brand new you may find that the prep to wrap them isnt worth it. Vinyl likes to stick to flat surfaces, so if you have nicks and chips out of the plastic forget it. At the very minimum you would have to use a plastic adhesion promoter to help it to stick. Carbon especially is difficult as it tends to be a thicker vinyl than most gloss. Then there's the fact that most spoilers/side skirts/lips etc are actually quite complex shapes in terms of vinyl. Also to wrap them on the car is tricky, but as soon as you take them off the car the loose any rigidity making them even more difficult to handle & wrap.
