the vin tag is on the firewall/bulkhead on UK cars,the JDM cars have the vin tag on the front slam panel.

my car is a UK EK4 hence your missed it

or is a tag on the tranny/gearbox itself your maybe talking about?

yes i was talking about the tag the goes on the tranny or in uk you guys dont have that im just curios cuz i got a tranny off ebay for parts few moths ago and didnt had any tag and i like to know if this can be jdm or uk cuz i know its a gsr tranny i open it cuz it had a lsd plus the teeht count just want to know mate i really appresiated thanks

Well not done much since last posting in this thread.

Put my oem black cam cover on and got a friend to put a design onto a spare spark plug cover i had lying about.

The transfer was done using the "hydro dipping" method

Have 2 spare cam covers which im currently working on over the winter months to keep the interest ! these will be powdercoated.

In process of changing my oil temp gauge etc again.
Picked up some Greddy gauges with all the greddy sensors/looms.

Needed a project to keep me interested

Had a spare din set up so decided to put them down low like my last set up as im not a fan of the stands up on the dash etc...

Trimmed up a piece of carbon fibre sheet....

Current set up im taking out......

Next update will be them in and working

Old set up looks great at night,only reason im changing is due to the oil temp needle rising to as far as it can go when engine at normal temps,must be due to the aftermarket sensor,pressure gauge also aint operating due to same issue i guess,both light up and look great but i want gauges that are reading properly.

Well finally got the Greddy gauges in and working....

Fitted a BWR water temp sensor adapter and BWR block adapter for all the Greddy sensors....

Threw on a new set of wipers and the HFP emblem......

Love the new gauge setup, could really do with getting some for my car, do you need a sandwich plate for oil temp/pressure sensors or is there another way? Car is so clean as usual though, considered tracking it yet? . HFP is badge is a nice touch too.
