Stakis Mugen Pro.2 Skunk2 certified CRX

I am not sure how to drop so much weight. My car got a lot of lighter parts, but it is far away from such weights achieved by japan builders. I've seen some detailed photos of works crx, so everything is drilled there, even suspension arms, etc. So I believe this is brutual way to drop weight :)

If I will sort a sleeved block for a next season so that I can run 13:1 pistons, this will make about 280bhp or a little bit more. Now with 12:1 we got 269bhp and 233nm on DASTEK dyno.

Serious car! Keep up the good work :nice:

I will stay with B series for this season :) Got some problems with b20 sleeve last year, so decided to go with b18 for this season.

Mishimoto fan shroud kit for Nissan must fit quite nicely on Integra Skunk2 rad. Will need some modifications to mounting brackets. The width is identical and the height seems like few mm out, but with slight modifications must fit fine.

If you ask why I choose fan shroud for Nissan.. I got it for half the price of Honda one :)

Working on the car on my freetime. Progress is very slow :(

OEM dash removed.

Creating some custom gear shifter "table" and linkage with spherical bearring. Main purpose of this is to have the shifter in more convenient location.

OEM fuel tank replaced with ATL fuel cell. This will allow me to run straight exhaust without extra bends (thinking about 70mm or 76mm one). Still haven't made decision what fuel pick up/system to use. Maybe someone can advice/show their setup? I have few ideas:
1. Low pressure pump inside > pumps to external swirl pot. High pressure pump take fuel from the swirl pot and deliver to the engine.
2. High pressure pump inside cell. This can have some fuel starvation, so I need some kind of swirl pot inside, right? I am wondering if somekind of oem style pot will work fine or not?
3. Most expensive way is to fit atl black box with high pressure pump inside.

Some more progress. Making custom dash to cover the wires. Main material is plastic with air gaps (ultra light) with some carbon sheet for the switches and AFR gauge.

I thought the result will be worse, but it came out quite nice. Still have to cover it in matt black.

Finally, TAROX 306mm 6 pot brakes fitted under 15" wheel! :) TE37 accepted the challenge. OZ Superleggera failed. Ended up with 25mm spacer, which I think will be skimmed to 20 or 22mm, because we have some clearance gap...

Awesome work, very functional car would love to see a few videos when the car is going!

Thanks buddy. Will try to make some as soon as I will get the car running. I purchased Race Technology data logger with go pro lead and video license. So when I will learn how to use everything I will post some videos with data overlay.

Wanted to fit KAAZ lsd, but it seems that special bolts are required. Anyone know what bolts are needed as OEM honda have wrong thread direction...

What a ballistic Crx this will be mate!

Brakes are a fair size to.. Lol should stop quickly!

Finaly my dashboard got all the mounts (4mm bolts in 5 places). Working on the custom holder for Race Technology dash.
