Spoon progressives seem to be popular.
I'm not all that clued up on which brands of spring are best tbh. In sure it's been covered on the forum before so you might have some luck searching for the best lowering springs on ek9 shocks.
Looks standard ride height to me.

Takata 5 or 6 point still much better but requires a lot of mod in a car and if you use it for daily drive its insane for passengers
