Picking up a new bike today, anyone fold the seats down and through one in the back? Any problems?

Cheers
Kris

Should fit but could be a bit of a squeeze. Might have to move your seats forward or remove the passenger seat if you don't need it just to be sure it will go in.

Amazing what you can get in them tho.

my bike fits with the front wheel off, Its a 29er though so always going to take up a little more room.

Fold the seats, take the front wheel off and it should fit, if not take the rear wheel off as well and it will definitely fit. I've had 3 people and 3 bikes in an old 3 door Seat Ibiza, the Civic is not any smaller inside.

Cheers guys, Give's me some confidence! I know the Honda's can be roomy. I had 4 of us, x4 guys' weeks groceries & new house gear and a 42" tv, boxed, In the DC2 recently.

The EK is just a bog standard EK3, so not much to worry about like recaro's etc...

Oh, bought this. Any good? Pretty new to the whole bike world, well since being like 14.

I can fit 2 x large MTB's with both wheels off in the back of mine so shouldn't be a problem

I even managed to fit my 21" frame 29er in the back of my Honda S800. Now that was a squeeze lol
Fits easily into a EK.

nice bike mate, just keep an eye on the spokes on 29ers while bedding in. sometimes they can stretch and loosen off in the first few rides. keep er rubber side down and enjoy!!
