Lad I cant find a write up but its fairly basic and commom sense.
- Jack up the car and remove wheels.
- On the rear ones you need to open the bolt holding the shock to the swing arm and also open the bolt holding the anti-rollbar drop link to the swing arm.
- Then disconnect the swing arm from the hub so the swing arm swings down out of the way.
- To open the top two bolts you may take the cover off the rear speakers and take out the speakers. You will see the two bolts down there. once open the old shock will fall out.
- Put up your coilover and tighten the two bolts.
- Swing back up the swing arm and bolt it back to the hub.
- Bolt your coilover and droplinks back onto the swing arm.
- For the front you open the bolt joining the shock to the wishbone.
- Open the bolt holding the shock to the fork and disconnect the two. You may need to tap the fork down with a hammer
- Open the two bolts at the top. Easy to get to in the engine bay.
- Then if you use your foot to push down the hub so you can remove the shock.
- You will have to remove the fork piece and install it onto you coilover and push back down the hub and put in the coilover and bolt up.
-Once all put together you can set your hieght and once driving you can set your damping setting..
This is how I did mine. Installeded mine a year ago so I could have missed out on something but its fairly simple.. If I said anything wrong someone please correct me. These were the only set of coilovers I ever installed
