    i read on b20vtec.com that they prevent Coolant from reaching the top of the bores, which makes the top bores heat faster. On my B20 i didn't use one and didnt have a problem :)

    just bought exhaust for my ek9 and it sounds like a fart can help!!!

    dc sports do a nice exhaust which is similar design to the ws2 :)
