Personally, I would use the D16Z6 wiring harness. If your car uses OBD2, and the donor engine was used with OBD1, I would guess the wiring is very different, making it very difficult to merge. It seems to me that it would be best to keep the D16Z6 harness with the D16Z6 engine, and use an ECU...
