I even had it spin on gear change 2 to 3rd in the dry with very warm tyres! you can spin tires w/out engine damper , just hold gas on 4000 when you switching it and leave clutch aggressive, I do that all the time. engine damper have nothing with hopping wheels, coil overs hold them from hopping.
