    Mugen rnr's, what to do?

If they only need paint or minor scratch repair I would paint them by myself. I heard RNR tend to crack, so take a good look at them after removing all the old paint.

Drilled and grooved discs? your 2 pence!

I run plain disk on the track as lots of other guy. Good quality disk will last longer. So it's up to how many time you want to bother changing rotors. I've run 20$ cheap rotor without warping them. I prefer to get new rotors often so my caliper piston don't go out too far. Plain disk also...

    spring preload ?

I set mine with no preload, just enought to hold the spring in place. Otherwise you are changing the spring rate and end up with something inconsistent. I think the goal of those suspension is to be able to set the ride hight you want without messing with the preload/spring rate...

    Heat wrap yes or no?

Me too, little cloud of smoke for the first few drives. Helps to keep heat away from the rad too.

    coilovers

Seems to be a large gap between front and rear. It will understeer a lot if you bring it on the track. Otherwise a soft rear make it comfortable on the street.

Usually I use a bottle and a bleeder hose, open up the valve and WAIT. The gravity will do the job fine

    Mugen RNR

Are they good for track time ? I heard some had problem with them cracking ? I found a used set local and I would use them as a second set of wheels with some R compound tires. I'm looking for something light and solid not too expensive. Other wheels I was thinking : - 5zigen...

    Front Sway Bar Issues :(

The problem is IIRC, the CTR sway require to change the lca and shock fork and the endlinks. CTR sway is 26mm. I did check my brother civic ex, and the stock sway was different then the one I got but same 22 mm diamater. I guess the integra and civic is really not the same. I was...

    Front Sway Bar Issues :(

Same problem here. I changed my front lca from an ex and got myself a 22mm swaybar. B16a with CTR shift linkage and it doesn't fit and it's hanging really low when installed without the linkage. Same type of endlink. I'm not sure if the sway is coming from a teg or civic ex cause...

    Vtec problem???

If the engine is not warm enought, the vtec wont engage. If your motor is running too cold, it's probably the thermostat that is not working correctly.

    boost? or kswap?

If you intend or track the car : K swap is a no brainer For fun in the street : the rush of the boost is better.

Do most ek's have this problem?

Same design on the engine torque mount. A friend had to cut a window to hold a new nut. This one seems to be worse to fix. Good luck !
