i love my little jazz, great on fuel and the inside with the rear seats folded down is huge. and I have imported a modulo lip kit for it too.

guys, I need some help. I have recently sprayed the engine bay on my ek9 and I need some oem stickers, under bonnet, slam panel for a/c etc. any help is most appreciated. Stuart

First time I have ever done a b series box in all honesty, I have replaced a layshaft bearing in my jazz gearbox but never removed gears/synchros before.

ok, the previous owner told me the gearbox crunches going from 3rd to 4th at high revs. so I ordered the 3/4th synchro hub and rings from synchrotec and set about repairing my s4c, I am a firm favourite on rebuilding my own kit rather than pay some one else to do it. anyway a few pics... casing...

right I'm back home for a little while now, and now I have finally pulled my finger out and bought a bottle for my heater I can finish the 9', I painted the bay about 4 weeks ago but work has kept me away, anyway here are a few pictures, not bad for a first bay job :)

thank you for the kind words guys, it was my plan to paint the bay this weekend but while charging the air in my compressor tank, the massive flywheel on it chewed through the airline (less say i shat myself) so i am awaiting a new length of airline hose. more updates/pics to follow.
