Civic MB6 VTI-S Worth?

I'm just wondering how much roughly the civic mb6 vti-s is worth these days? haven't ever found many for sale about, seem fairly rare. Neighbour is planning to sell theirs, not sure how much it's worth though so just looking for opinions.
All I know so far is that it's a black mb6 vti-s with 41K miles, just 1 owner, has been serviced regularly with all receipts etc, in super clean stock condition minus a dent in one wing and few scrapes/marks.

I would say 1500-1800 myself. Not much value in them imo.

They will start to creep up in value as so many have been broken recently, according to howmanyleft there is less than 350 on the road.
