well to all, im doing a build on my ek9 leaving the head alone for now but was wondering what ye would suggest in the lines of headgasket and pistons and rods, what would the best be for a good gain on power and maybe raise compression a bit, all suggestions would greatly appreciated cheers!!

got this ek9 into my hands, bit of a sorry state, engine rattling mad , headlamps broken, window reg broken, needs good valet and missing a radio, time to bring her back to a state she deserves!!

well looking for a manual for my 97 ek9 b16b , im doing an engine rebuild and want all the clearences and torques and also just want it for general use aswell, ill take it in book form or cd , manual for engine would be good for complete car would be great. cheers
