got this ek9 into my hands, bit of a sorry state, engine rattling mad , headlamps broken, window reg broken, needs good valet and missing a radio, time to bring her back to a state she deserves!!

cheers interior next to come out , bring to work for valet , new headlamps on order along with hids and black ac high temp bearings new conrods piston rings got second hand js racing induction kit, also bumpers taken off to be painted by friend, also got second hand window reg, and alot and i mean alot of more work to do!!!

small update as you can see i found engine rattle no.3 conrod bearing and conrod in bits, seats are out ready for transport to garage for valet as you can see they are bad! gearbox removed and washed and ready for a lick of paint , engine block is in the process of being cleaned and the engine bay area is being taped up and wiring covered ready for a clean also, rocker cover is also of for clean possible paint job , alot of cleaning goin on!!! still sourcing parts for it, kinda slow,

While you have the engine out you should do a few wire tucks and but the battery in the boot! looks waay better

Would just like to say though I hope you dont know the person who previously owned the car because If I was to meet him I would probably smack him aboot the place! Such an amazing car in such a sorry state is horrible to see! I really really hate folk that dont look after their car! I say its a total reflection on the owners hygiene!lol

Cal if you read this not saying your smelly or anything but I would have reckoned you would have owned this 9 in a flash but prob not fixed it up!!!!!!!!!!lol

small update while om waiting for engine bits to come, got the seats cleaned got cf js racing kit , buddy club head gasket and a few hamp filters to do me for a while !! gave the block a clean with the wire brush and a coat of paint the same for the box, also touched up dis cap and rad stay as they wer kinda dull used impearl blue from the new vw golf r32 as i love that colour same for the rocker cover!!
